Online Registration - CLOSED
2010 SIFE Australia National Conference registration includes the following steps:
SIFE Teams
Submission of ALL registration, other events and awards must be made by 17:00 Monday 29 June using the online system.

Details on the registration process can be found below.
- Each team member must register individually with SIFE International
- Individuals will be sent confirmation emails from SIFE International once their personal registration is complete
- Each team must register with SIFE International Event Registration
- Each person registered with the team will receive an individual email that will include a link to the SIFE Australia event registration system
- Faculty Advisors will be provided with update lists on registration completion of their teams.
- Each individual students is responsible for completing the SIFE Australia registration process
- All team members must complete the SIFE Australia Code of Conduct. Faculty Advisors are to retain copies of the signed forms for auditing purposes
- All teams must complete an on line Team Data Sheet
- All teams must complete an on line Active Team Sheet
- All teams must download and complete a hard copy Project Verification Form for presentation on registration
- The Faculty Advisors and Team Presidents are to ensure that the Active Team and Team Data Sheets are completed and submitted online BEFORE the registration desk opens on Thursday 8 July 2010.
- The Faculty Advisor and one student to attend the Registration desk and submit:
- 1 x correctly completed Project Verification Form, including all three original signatures (Team President, Faculty Advisor and Institutional Administrator)
- 3 x copies of the team’s written report

- Only teams which comply fully with all registrations requirements will be permitted to compete.
Active Team and Team Data Sheets. The Active Team and Team Data Sheets have been implemented globally to track and report the progress of SIFE teams around the world. All teams are required to complete these forms online prior to attending the National Conference. The forms are for SIFE International use only and will not be shown to judges. The data collected are of great value in compiling SIFE’s official statistics and in determining future goals, thus it is important that teams record accurate information.
B. Observing Teams (includes non-competing active teams)
- Each team member must register individually with SIFE International
- Individuals will be sent confirmation emails from SIFE International when their personal registration is complete.
- Each team must register with SIFE International Event Registration
- Each person registered with the team will receive an individual email that will include a link to the SIFE Australia event registration system.
- Faculty Advisors will be provided with update lists on registration completion of their teams.
- Each individual is responsible for completing the SIFE Australia registration process
- Non-competing ACTIVE teams are also required to submit the ‘Team Data Sheet’ and ‘Active Team Sheet’. A team is deemed ACTIVE if it has: (1) a faculty advisor (2) active students and (3) completing projects that meet the SIFE judging criteria. Should your SIFE Team be ACTIVE but not listed on these online forms, then please contact your SIFE Country Staff to verify your status and adjust the program information database accordingly.

C. Registration for Other Events and Awards
In the online registration process, teams will be asked to identify the following information:
- Attendance to the Top to Future Top Seminar – One student only is to be nominated as part of the on-line Registration process.
- Attendance to the Career Development Seminar
Details on the Honour and Special Awards will be provided shortly.

BAB Members
All Business Advisory Board Members need to register their attendance using the following link – BAB REGISTRATION - CLOSED
Team Supporters
All Team Supporters (e.g. university representatives of competing teams or friend and family of team members) need to register their attendance using the following link – SUPPORTERS REGISTRATION - CLOSED
Judges and their Guests

Observers

Participation Assistance for SIFE Teams
All travel and accommodation arrangements and payments are the responsibility of the individual SIFE teams. SIFE Australia does provide a small subsidy to universities to assist with travel and accommodation. This is payable upon receipt of claim documents at the conclusion of the event. Registered teams will be notified of the procedure by which their university may claim a participation subsidy after the conclusion of the event.
Travel
Teams should arrange their travel to ensure they arrive at the conference venue by 15:00 on Thursday 8 July and do not depart from the conference venue until after the Awards Ceremony on Sat 10 July.
